Pastry Chef de Partie
Executive Chef Lisa Goodwin Allen is looking for a Chef de Partie to assist our Head Pastry Chef in running a successful and smooth Michelin star pastry section.
Job Role
As a Pastry Chef de Partie you will work closely with Lisa to develop your personal pastry skills and help maintain current high standards whilst pushing for further succession. You will assist in managing the juniors of your team and develop towards the goals set and the growth and expansion of the business. This position comes with fantastic progression opportunities and would be ideal for a current Demi-Chef – looking for that step up.
