Learn how to prepare and cook the ultimate seafood treat, Scallops – juicy, slightly sweet and buttery with a tender texture. Then finally Roast Cod with a Romantica Tomato Sauce, packed with powerful flavours and looks stunning on the plate, this has been a big hit at lunch in the restaurant and now you can try it at home, you’ll love it!
