You’ll learn time-saving prep ideas with tutor Bruno as you work your way through the elements to create a dinner party menu to wow your guests.

You will be cooking:

• Salmon Gravlax, Blackened Cucumber, Horseradish Snow
• Roast Fillet of Pork, Braised Pigs Cheeks, Cabbage, Mashed Potato
• Melting Ginger Pudding, Marscapone & Ginger Sauce
