Challenge yourself to make French pastry and create the taste of a patisserie at home. On this course we have captured all of the magic in our collection of patisserie. Deliciously decadent Choux Nut, Vanilla Cremeux, classic French cream with a silky texture and intense flavour. Madeleines with their fancy shell like appearance, look simple but require attention, patience and precision, Mille-feuille or “thousand layers” in French will feature on the day, a classic with ancient origins. Then “la grande finale” one of the most comforting desserts a French Apple tart.

Our cookery school uses induction hobs which should be used with care by anyone who has a pacemaker.
