Let us take you on a culinary adventure through Mumbai’s famous spice markets. With the guidance of our expert chefs, you’ll learn how to infuse your meals with the unique flavours of Mumbai’s traditional spices. You will be creating your very own South Indian Tiffin from handmade Naan Bread, Aloo Tikki Chaat, a classic Indian side dish that tastes divine. Master the art of how to balance spice and flavour with a delicious Keralan Prawn Curry, which has a very distinctive cooking style reflecting its verdant, tropical climate, when you recreate the authentic taste of Kerala.
