Entertain at home, the Northcote way! The menu is created from some of Northcote’s stand out dishes, adapted for you to get stunning results at home.

The course is designed to balance just the right amount of demonstration, technical tuition, hands on cookery and tastings.

You will be cooking:

• Treacle Cured Salmon, Lime & Ginger Marshmallow
• Lancashire Lamb Wellington, Scorched Leeks, Lamb Jus
• Apple Crumble Soufflé
