This is your chance to develop skills to create Northcote dishes, whilst watching the Northcote kitchen in action! Lisa  has created a special menu for you to cook at home, Rick and Ben will guide you through each dish, teaching you techniques and skills which will give you stunning results. The course is designed to balance just the right amount of demonstration, technical tuition, hands on cookery and tastings, you may not be earning a Michelin star for your own food, but you will certainly impress at your next dinner party!

  • Warm Juniper Cured Salmon, Pickled Cucumber, Butter Sauce
  • Waterford Farm Salt Aged Beef, Marrowbone Crust, Smoked Pancetta & Mushroom, Beef Fat ‘Chip’
  • Northcote Apple ‘Cheesecake’, Blackcurrant Sorbet
